Welcome to the Kundalini Yoga for the Heart video series! In this series, we will explore the power of Kundalini Yoga to open and expand the heart center, the seat of love, compassion, and connection. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and powerful form of yoga that uses breath, movement, and meditation to activate and balance the body's energy centers, or chakras.
Through a series of pre-recorded videos, we will guide you through a variety of Kundalini Yoga practices specifically designed to strengthen and awaken the heart center. These practices will help you release old emotional patterns, open your heart to greater love and compassion, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.
Whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or an experienced practitioner, this video series is designed to meet you where you are and support you on your journey towards greater heart-centered living. So, roll out your mat, get comfortable, and let's begin!
BEFORE YOU START
Ensure you are well hydrated and avoid meals 2 hrs prior to starting. If you have any illness or injury please ensure you have medical clearance prior to starting your yoga practice.
Go at your own pace and let yourself start slowly and build your stamina with practice.
