JANANEE

PRENATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Deepen your knowledge. Empower your students. Transform your teaching.

Embarking on the journey of motherhood is a profound experience, filled with both joy and challenges. As yoga teachers, we have the unique opportunity to support and guide expectant mothers through this transformative time. However, teaching prenatal yoga requires specialized knowledge to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and child.

I’m Alexandra Espinosa, a mother of two and the author of "Birth Awakened - Yoga for Birth and the Art of Surrender." With over 20 years of experience in teaching prenatal yoga, I've witnessed firsthand the positive impact it has on pregnancy and childbirth. This inspired me to create the JANANEE Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training—a comprehensive program designed to equip yoga teachers with the skills and confidence to support pregnant students effectively.

In this training, you'll delve into the physiology of pregnancy, learn essential modifications for various stages, and master teaching techniques that prioritize safety and comfort. By the end of the course, you'll be prepared to lead empowering prenatal yoga classes that nurture both mother and baby.

Join us in May 2024 and become a source of guidance and support for expectant mothers.

She presented and explained the Prenatal Yoga course content in a way that was super interesting and inspiring.
I felt extremely supported by her throughout the course and she was always willing to listen and help with anything at all.
She is an amazing teacher and I don’t think my experience of the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training course would have been the same without her!”
